Indigenous led approaches to holistic wellness helps to understand the interconnectedness of all that is.

Our Indigenous knowledge systems have helped, on a macro level, to broaden scientific understandings with the environment, and increasing understanding of how all  life must be honored and respected.

On a micro level, Indigenous ways of being show how the individual is in many interconnected relationships with the environment and these ancient wisdoms build confidence by a strong sense of belonging  with meaningful roles as a child, youth, adult and elder.

I offer two streams of Indigenous teachings, blending ancient ways with modern holistic terms and practices, resulting in more confidence, self empowerment, and stepping into the highest and most meaningful role as the  gifted person you are.
