Indigenous led Wellness Education & Circles
Our Indigenous knowledge systems have helped, on a macro level, to broaden scientific understandings with the environment, and increasing understanding of how all life must be honored and respected.

On a micro level, Indigenous ways of being show how the individual is in many interconnected relationships with the environment and these ancient wisdoms build confidence by a strong sense of belonging with meaningful roles as a child, youth, adult and elder.
